Tracey Sparling, 19, was killed Thursday afternoon in a collision with a cement truck at the corner of SW 14th and Burnside. Witnesses said the truck driver took a right turn, as she proceeded straight in her bike lane, killing her. The driver has not been cited. Cyclists decided to bike 14 blocks from the Burnside Bridge to the crash site in her memory. See photos from the event and hear some of Scott Bricker’s speech to the crowd.
